SQPODS are all supplied feet that adjust 20 to 80mm allowing for uneven foundation.

Depending on the use, a SQPOD can be placed directly on a concrete surface, or foundation suitable for your land.  This will require input from a builder or component person such as a engineer.

No, SQPODS frames are finished with a zinc rich paint and walls have a powder coated protective steel cover.

A SQPOD is supplied with 75mm high performing insulation to walls and roof.

SQPODS insulation is passive and designed slow natural temperature transference. It does not by itself actively add or remove heat, consider your climate, adding extra heating or cooling such as a fan heater or small air conditioning unit will greatly assist.

Power connection options, all SQPODS are fitted with a IP65 Electrical Distribution Board that is ready for main power connection; or there is the option of installing SOLAR, see below or Go to SQPODS Accessories for available options. Note, the cost of connecting a SQPOD to mains or Solar power is not included in the purchase price.

Yes, all SQPODS are Structurally Engineers to support SOLAR panels and an inverter mounted on the side.

 Adding solar power to a SQPOD is clever, low maintenance, and a zero carbon emissions power source that will benefit for many years to come.

The cost of Solar depend on your location, how much power and when it is needed. If you're only looking to power a few lights and maybe a computer during the day a small solar system suit your need.  Now, if the SQPOD is in a remote location you will need an OFFGRID system with battery storage; we are able to provide direction; please ask a SQPODS consultants.

Most SQPOD have power and lighting installed and ready for connection to power. At least one SQPOD Model requires some electrical installation, in this instance the cost is included in the purchase price, if additional power or lights are required let your SQPODS Consultant know.

SQPODS delivery unless specific is at the cost of the purchaser, SQPODS charge out is based on a per Kilometre basis from the close SQPOD authorised delivery agent; delivery cost will be confirmed with a quote. Delivery to your location unless arranged prior will only be within 20 meters of the front boundary.

Crane truck can be arranged at the cost of the purchaser, lifting the SQPOD into position must be pre-arrange and confirmed with SQPODS, any holdup, delay will incur the purchaser an additional cost. Unless prior arranged a lift a short distance from the final placement of the truck, the truck must have solid ground, the lift cannot be completed over, under, through a structure, fence or another property either owned by the purchaser or a neighbour.

A small crane or Franna can be arranged at the cost of the purchaser, lifting the SQPOD into position must be pre-arrange and confirmed with SQPODS, any holdup, delay will incur the purchaser an additional cost. Unless prior arranged a lift a short distance from the final placement of the truck, the truck must have solid ground, the lift cannot be completed over, under, through a structure, fence or another property either owned by the purchaser or a neighbour with out first arrange with detail specific in writing to and confirmation from SQPODS.
